well its difficult being on my feet for 6 1/2 hours at a time while im at work. i have to dress nicely...so i need shoes that look nice as well. what would be the best type of shoes to fit this discription? (link)

Don't wear high heels!! Wear flat shoes that are leather and slightly pointed as then they will be smart and comfyat the same time. Scholl do 'Party Feet' which are squidgy insoles to help prevent your feet from aching so much - I have them and they're brilliant! Hope this helps!
