hey all i hurt my finger it is all black and blue and it hurts to bend it up and down and side to side and where it's black and blue there is this little bump it just hurts what should i do should i go to the hospital or the doctor.

you need to go to the doctor. it sounds like you bruised it really badly. you might have sprained it.
