I want to make some healty smoothies with fruit. Im not really sure what to use and how much of it. I know I need fruit and I have it. I want to use strawberries and bannas mixed together or not. It doesnt matter. Can someone please tell me some good recepies for how to make them. Also milkshakes too. Thanks.. oh by the way please dont say search on goodle! Thers nothing on there and its a waste of time.

i'm no expert on making smoothies, but i do have a very good homemade recipe for strawberry milkshakes. youll need about a cup of milk, 6 sliced strawberries, and four scoops of sugar free vanilla ice cream. you can also add some crushed ice, but it doesn't really matter. put everything into the blender and blend! if its all chunked together, use a spoon to mix it around a bit. or it might need a bit more milk. top with fat free whipped cream. hope i helped!
