Q: What are some good workouts that can flatten/tone my abs in a couple of weeks? I'm not talking about a six-pack or anything ... just maybe a flatter stomach for the summer. I already do a 20min jog, leg lifts, crunches, and situps ... is there anything else that may help?

*lay on your stomach.
*lift only your arms and legs off the ground.
*the more you do this, try holding them up for longer time periods

-- reaches!!
*lay on your back
*cross on leg over the other in the air. your body should make an "L"
*lay your back completely flat, your legs up, and rech up to touch your toes.
*start with doing ten reaches at a time.
*switch legs and repeat!
*the more you do it, the more touches you do.
