hey my names jody, im 15, i live in Beloit, Wisconsin and i go to Turner, im a freshman(supposed to be a sophomore) im not a mean person even tho i can be sometimes, im not a person whos known to fight a bunch of people, but i have gotten in a few...and havent lost ANY so im not really a weak person if you think about it...i dunno how good my advice is...but i try to give the best advice i can!

My legs are slim, Its just ma stomach stickes out any way i could slim it down and tone it?

crunches and sit ups 3 times a day worked for me...and dont eat a lot of fast food like mcdonalds or a lot of sugar things...you can still eat them but dont eat them like once a week or anything cuz otherwise sit ups and crunches wont help
