I am really really shy too around my bf somtimes but if u wanna give him "hints" and not tell him then when u hold hands snuggle up to him more and even though you don't wanna mae the first move, when your coming out of a hug with him, kiss him lightly on the cheek and im sure that should break the ice and give him a clue that its ok to kiss you or whatever.
