My car has recently strared to squeal/screach when I break. It's not all the time, mostly when I am in traffic. I assumed I needed break pads, so I had a friend check them, and they are fine. She assumed I have a "hard spot" in the pad. Could this be the cause? What else could it be? _(link)

i come from a michaneic family so i would noe. you need to get new brakes there shot. even if ur friend said there fine get new brakes. iight hoped i helped.
