Q: how do you boost your self-esteem? mainly about your body image. i've been having a lot of trouble with my body image =\, and i don't know what to do. whenever i eat i regret eating. when i pinch my stomach i have about 4 inches of fat (and thats standing up!).. i try to keep myself away from food, but then that's all i think about & i eat alot.

ok, well my school counciler in 5th grade taught me this one! its scientifically proven that it takes an average of 13 good thoughts to cover up for 1 bad thought. so what you should do, when youre in a good mood write down 13 good things about yourself. then when youre feeling bad look at them. now about your weight! you should DEFINATELY not think youre over weight! im only 5'1 and i weight that much, but guys still think good about my apperance! thats really dangerous is you think youre fat! just stop thinking that! well, i hope i helped!
