It depends on what your friend is like, and what the guy is like. If she's sweet and so is he ... I don't see the (major) problem. If she tends to over react, maybe you should just let her learn from her own mistakes. If she listens to what you have to say ... just tell her the truth, that you think this relationship might be too mature for her.
