soccer is coming up soon.... i need to get in shape... really bad. whenever i run now i feel i get out of breath a lot easier. and i think my leg muscles decreased, i lost a lot of weight. what can i do do get in shape, and increase my muscles (mainly leg muscles.. although arm muscles would help for my throw-ins)?

soccer.. is the best!! =) haha. well if you get out of breath running.. are you eatting rite? like.. no junk food. lots of water? do that. then start running again. also for your leg muscles i would say.. you could join a gym like if you have Y or something and use their legg lifting stuff. that helps. and your arms. also lift weight. also make sure you are streching good before and after all of this, if you dont.. some times your muscles go down.
