I'm very straight foward. If I have something to say, then I'm going to say it. I'm like, different. When I give advice I put myself in the peoples shoes and then I say what I have to say. No one can stop me from saying what I have to say. I'm like really, really, really into giving advice to people and like I can always help anyone with anything! Trust me, I'm good that way! I can always give you sound advice which usually has 2 choices with explaintions to them.

soccer is coming up soon.... i need to get in shape... really bad. whenever i run now i feel i get out of breath a lot easier. and i think my leg muscles decreased, i lost a lot of weight. what can i do do get in shape, and increase my muscles (mainly leg muscles.. although arm muscles would help for my throw-ins)?

Well, exircise duh! I mean, I'm in track and all I do is lift weights for my arms and legs and I run! Just do that and like don't over do it of course!
