soccer is coming up soon.... i need to get in shape... really bad. whenever i run now i feel i get out of breath a lot easier. and i think my leg muscles decreased, i lost a lot of weight. what can i do do get in shape, and increase my muscles (mainly leg muscles.. although arm muscles would help for my throw-ins)?

Hey!! Work on your kicking skills too. But you can go to your school track (if they have one) and you could run or walk some laps. you could jog/walk/run around your neighborhood (if you have one) those are some ways too. but defenitly dont push yourself to hard.Good Luck with soccer. ♥ Michelle
