All you girls out there...
I am kind of shy, but am trying to be more outgoing, which I am finding easier and easier. Usually when I like a guy, they have no clue, but I would like to change that. What are the best ways to flirt? If you could tell me some of your favorite flirting moves I would appreciate it. Any little flirty gesture or something that always works for you?
And for you guys out there, what kind of things do you love when a girl does? What is the best ways for a girl to flirt in you opinion? How do you like a girl letting you know she is interested in you?

So you are reserved -- I think that's great!
The best way to get a "good" guy's attention is to make sure he always sees you smiling at him. Kinda like you have a secret that no one knows about. Keep it up, and he'll eventually be so curious that he'll approach you.
Also, never NEVER chase after him - always keep your self-respect - if you don't, he'll never respect you - he'll just use you, conquer you, and then throw you away and move on to the next challenge.
The harder a guy has to work for your attention and affection, the longer he'll stay around trying to win it. If he is just looking for a booty call, he'll get impatient and move on -- in that case, let him go, he isn't worth your time and attention anyway.
