About mylinhthan

[x][edit] - Since being on Advicenators there have been a lot of repetitive questions and innane ones at that. Because of this, I will not be answering as many questions as I had before. To put it simply, some people need to think for themselves. To learn things in life we have to fall down from our hardships, learn from them, and get to our feet again. People aren't just going to spoonfeed you on how to live your life.
To conclude, I'm a level-minded columnist who's not likely to judge. Although I may not understand some situations due to lack of experience, I am an understanding person and will do all I can to help. To people who are "not the brightest crayon in the box", I may appear blunt and brutally honest. Stupid questions deserve stupid answers.
And yes, stupid questions DO exist.

In choir I've noticed this guy staring at me for awhile. In Spanish he fools around and I think he tries to get my attention. When I'm at my locker he waits for the kid next to me and I can sense he's looking at me. He also catches my eye in the hall. Well today in my locker I noticed something on the top shelf. It was a small piece of paper that only said i love you. It was written sloppily like a boy's handwriting. I'm hoping maybe he wrote it. I never talk to him but I really want to. Any ideas on how to do so....because I'm really shy. :-/

If you have friends in either choir or spanish, bring the note up in conversation so you make sure he hears it. Like,
"Yea it was the weirdest thing, I got this note in my locker the other day and you would never guess what it said. Anyways, it wasn't signed and I'd really like to meet the guy who wrote it. Wish I knew who he was..."
Something along those lines but don't overdo it. If you don't see a change in behavior say he gets really quiet when you talk about the note, just strike up a conversation with him. Although you're shy, it's really easy to start talking. You could maybe ask him a question on the spanish homework then maybe extend the conversation by intoducing yourself (if he hasn't met you already), and talking about the class (teacher, homework, etc.). You'll be amazed on how a small question could branch off into a conversation of large proportions.
Hope this helps and good luck!
