I have this problem because I have hair on my upper lip just a little bit kind of and what should I do about it?? I tried bleaching it should I try waxing it but I am afraid it would hert please help me (age 13 1/2) thanks! (link)

Okay first of all that guys an ass..just forget about him.

AND..as for your upper lip hair, you could try using those precision hair remover things. They remove your hair just like a razor does..only it will not cut you, hurt you, or make your hair grow darker. They're pretty neat things because you can carry it around with you and actually use it on your arms if you feel uncomfortable with them.
If the precision thing doesnt work (which I dont see why it wouldnt) then you should get it waxed..cuz theres really no other good solution.
But really..try the hair precision remover thingy..
Then go up to the boy in school and be like "BOO YA SUCKAAAAAAA." and hold up your arms and walk away...slowlyyy. lol
