I'm 13 and I had high cholesteral since I was 3. My parents aren't exactly cooks and we always eat food made from instant and frozen foods. I'm skinny, but still I need to exersice, but I'm too lazy because the food I eat isn't giving me enough energy. Any suggestions on how to be healthier? (link)
