Well this is an EXTREMLY easy question. Hes shy. Hes scared to kiss you. I have a fear somtimes of kissing girls. More than likely he is just shy. But plain and simple ask him about it. Tell him that you would like to kiss him and more than likely the next time you see each other :O O:
