hey,
since about tthe 3rd grade i have had a major problem with biting my nails. Its real bad i hate letting anyone see my nails cause there always so grossed out and i dont kno what to do anymore!
plz help!! thanks soooo much!

My friend has a similar problem so she got this stuff called bite it. It's white nail polish (probably shows up clear) and the label on it says BITE IT with a big red slash trhough it. It taste exra bad and makes the taste stick with you so you won't want to bite again. It also doesn't come off easily so you don't go"oh jsut a quick bite, ill put the nail polish on after this. " lol
