Ok well yesterday i was playin tackle football with my friends well now i am covered in bruises and i am in alot of pain any suggestions to help me get rid of th pain dont say take advil or anything like that because i tried that like a hour ago and it didnt help so any suggestions to help other than that. Try going to the doctors or getting a very very strong pain killer. xx
