I can do sprints, I'm fast at that, but I dread the mile because it's hard for me. does anyone know how to get in shape for long distance running? (link)

OKay I know people that are great athletes that can only do short distant races. Thats okay there are people that cannot do long distance running. It does not mean you are not in shape. Try running in incremennts of quater miles. Run a 1/4 mile for a few days. Then 2/4 for a few days until eventually you are able to run the mile. Dont worry all people have different talents the mile run might not be yours but you can try! good luck =) xo0xo
