is it okay to wear a black hat (like the french type of hats) when you're wearing a black dress, black sandals, and nude tights? and the dress is like 3 inches above the knee... _(link)

yeah thats fine...also, add a nice necklase to go along with the dress...and wear your hair down straight, so if you have curly hair, try and straighten it...have fun

thanks and i do have straight hair... its so straight that i have a hard time keeping hair clips in my hair lol
