14/f i have trouble with cutting my self and i really dont kno what to do!!! any advice would be nice!
I'm glad you had the courage to ask for help , because some people don't have that sort of luck, but i'm glad that you did. I have a friend who used to cut herself , and we found out, and now so whenever she have a feeling or problem that would be leading to her cutting herself she expresses it to us and that helps her to deal w/ her problem a bit more... she said to us once that she didnt know what she wood do w/ out us, and that scared me because what if we werent there once and it went to far? So I'm giving you the suggestion to confront your problems that lead to you cutting yourself and express how you feel, like my friend she needed some help w/ that so maybe you should see your guidance counselor or even a friend you trust . Get this problem solved before there's a time when it goes to far, everyone will benefit, think about you family and friends that love you?
