My mouths been so dry i dont know waht im going to do!!!!! its bothering me so much! i tried drinking lots of fluids and using this mouth wash for dry mouth and it doesnt seem to work! ive been sick lately and breathing through my mouth if that makes a difference..does anybody have any suggestions?? thank you! There are lots of reasons that you could have a dry mouth - although in honesty it's probably because you are breathing through your mouth.
Make sure you drink plenty of fluids, try sucking a boiled sweet every now and then - that'll get the juices flowing.
If you are on medication it could also be due to that - some medicines can cause you to get a really dry mouth - if you are on any medication then read the patient information leaflet and see whether it coud be a side-effect. If so then talk to your pharmacist and they may be able to swap your medication (unless prescribed by a doctor)
