i earlier asked a question about doing 200-250 crunches a day.. nd people sed that would tone your body.. would that mean you'd get abs? and like a 6 pack?

It would make your stomach flatter and maybe give you a six-pack. But don't go too hard on yourself. 200+ a day?! That's not healthy unless you're extremely fit. Try doing 50 a day.
