Well I don't exactly think someone should try to be "affectionate" with their crush. Save that for when you two are dating. ;) Your friends probably meant that you need to be more flirty. Just smile at him and ALWAYS listen to him, and be there for him when he needs ya! Maybe you can pick on him or something. [In a jokingly way]. You should tell him how ya feel.
