I need advice about what color eye shadows would accent my hazel eyes the best. I have medium brown hair and medium toned skin if that helps. I would really appreciate it, i rate high. (link)

Ok first, put on a light champagne (pinkish,silvery,gold) color on the bottom of your eyelid(close to your lashes) and right under you eyebrows. In the middle (the crease) sweep more of a darker coppery color.
Use a VERY dark brown eyeliner or a dark plum.
But most importantly is and eyelash curler! use it before your mascara the quickly put on several coats of very dark brown or black mascara.
I have hazel eyes. So I understand your pain :)
