Okie! I am 5'6 and I weigh about 128 lbs. All my friends tell me that I am skinny but I have hips and I dont like it.I think that I have fat on on my hips and they tell me that I dont but I really want to lose some weight and tone up some more. I used to have a 6pack but I let myself go a few years ago when I started high school and stopped playing soccer after 13 yrs. What should I eat and do to stay skinny. I do sit ups and sometimes run but what else?

Eat healthy stuff,like fruits and vegtables,and only eat when your hungry.Exercise every day and lay off the sweets and cokes.But if your friends are telling you your not fat,then dont worry bout it.Your probally skinny if they say you are :) -jen-
