Q: I've been friends with my best friend Kristen, for about a year or two. Recently I got with this guy, and him and I got into a conversation the other day about what we would give up for each other. I then realized, that I would give up my best friend Kristen, for this guy. Does that mean that I'm an awful friend? The way I look at it, it seems that my boyfriend has replaced my old best friend.. and he is now not only my boyfriend, but my best friend as well, which is why I feel I could give her up for him.
