advice

i have the habit of bitting my nails. =( i dont want to bit them...but i cant stop! i would do anything to stop bitting them!!! i dont want to bit them anymore and everytime i try to stop i just can't stop myself from bitting them! PLEASE...if you have any ideas on how to stop, please tell me!!!

get acrulics on and they wont come off soo you cant bite them lol or put on nail polish and then it will taste rele bad when you bite them..haha funy ? good luck to ya
