First of all, you have to tell him. You can't keep it a secret, because if they're brothers, one day they might get into an argument "Oh yeah?! Well I slept with your girlfriend!" It'd be best if you tell him. He probably will not stay with you, just a warning. You should really stick to one person and make love to that person only, if you ever want a stable relationship.
