Just yesterday i was playing on my computer trying to zone out from my problems and my sisters. Well anyways i'm juast asking for tips to help me out because i cant use my computer anymore and i need to zone out instead of remaining depressed like i have been for a while. I would tell people about my depression but i am very shy and i dont really like to talk.
