hi,
i have a wierd question. i am a 17 year old man and even though i workout regularly my body wont change its shape. my shoulders are wide but then i get smaller and smaller till my hips then i have a huge waist and butt(not big, wide). My lower body is completely wrong for my upper body (its like i have a womans' shaped waist and legs?!) My question is, what can i do to get a more balanced out body with hips and waist in nice proportion? any good exercises would be really helpful! (Oh by the way, i play basketball for an hour each day and do pushups and situps too but no use) (link)

well.. okay. my brother is into the "body building" stuff. he uses protein powders from GNC, and eats lots of veggies. he rarely eats meat. if he eats meat it is chicken. he also visits our YMCA 5-6 times per week. he MUST sleep at least 10 hours per day. try some of this and reply to me if it works
