hey hey welcome to my site! my name is alissa but alot of people just call me lissa, i luv to play the piano (8 years) i have 2 brothers a mom and a dad, i have 2 kittens and a dog. what can i say..i love the lord. attending youth group and starting point is something that gets me through my week. i teach sunday school, babysit at the church and im a stright A student.
helping people has always been one of my strong assets.

k . well i'm 14 and i weigh about 145lbs .. well it hink that's a lot but no1 believes i way that b.c i mean i'm not skinny but i don't look almost 150lbs .. well i play soccer, bball, tennis/track and so i have muscle especially w. soccer - but i feel fat and i was wondering if i run like for 20mins on my tredmill 3times a week .. if i'll start loosing weight er at lest tone up - i'm very self-concious and i wanna get down to like 120lbs ..please help - i'll rate =)

if you want you can start with tighting those abs by doing sit up. start with 20 the first day then 35 and so on. i do about 350-600 a day and i have been getting tighter abs. run about a mile a day if its summer try to run outside winter you can run on the tredmill. eat good foods like a low suger cearal for breakfast, a good healthy lunch, like a saled or a pb&j sandwitch. bannas are good b/c there FULL of potasim( which is exelent for your bady) for dinner have anything that your mom or dad makes just maybe ask them to make good health stuff, drink low fat milk, for snacks have fresh fruits and good stuff! well i hope i help!
