Hey! Want advice from someone real? I have both honest and sarcastic advice... the straight up truth to help you out! :)

ages of people involved, genders, "interests" if that applies, location, past experiences if that applies, and DETAILS... i can't answer "hi i like this guy he's cool... should I go out with him?" what does that tell me? But I'll try to work with your questions and help you out the best I can!

k . well i'm 14 and i weigh about 145lbs .. well it hink that's a lot but no1 believes i way that b.c i mean i'm not skinny but i don't look almost 150lbs .. well i play soccer, bball, tennis/track and so i have muscle especially w. soccer - but i feel fat and i was wondering if i run like for 20mins on my tredmill 3times a week .. if i'll start loosing weight er at lest tone up - i'm very self-concious and i wanna get down to like 120lbs ..please help - i'll rate =)

Oh don't worry at all. Muscle weighs quite a bit more than fat. And 145 pounds is average weight for a fourteen year old that doesn't have muscle. So your doing good... if you think you have more "fat" around your middle, do crunches and sit ups, but ya... running can be very helpful and help you out with soccer too. the best weigh to lose weight is just to cut calories/carbs, cut sweets/sodas/junk food, eat 5 small! meals a day, and eat nutritious foods - plus an hour of vigorous work-out. So maybe go to a gym? Oh and if you want ... you could ask your mom to help you out... like tell her you want to tone up and she could like get you yoga, kickboxing, karate, pilates, tai-chi, work-out, or other classes to slim you down and tone you up.
