k . well i'm 14 and i weigh about 145lbs .. well it hink that's a lot but no1 believes i way that b.c i mean i'm not skinny but i don't look almost 150lbs .. well i play soccer, bball, tennis/track and so i have muscle especially w. soccer - but i feel fat and i was wondering if i run like for 20mins on my tredmill 3times a week .. if i'll start loosing weight er at lest tone up - i'm very self-concious and i wanna get down to like 120lbs ..please help - i'll rate =)

How lazy and retarded do you have to be to ASK if working out will help you lose weight?! Of course it will you stupid whore! Since you so goddamn lazy, maybe you should just stop eating! then you won't have to exercise OR make an effort to even bring food up to your mouth...i'm angry now..i hope you're happy.
