k . well i'm 14 and i weigh about 145lbs .. well it hink that's a lot but no1 believes i way that b.c i mean i'm not skinny but i don't look almost 150lbs .. well i play soccer, bball, tennis/track and so i have muscle especially w. soccer - but i feel fat and i was wondering if i run like for 20mins on my tredmill 3times a week .. if i'll start loosing weight er at lest tone up - i'm very self-concious and i wanna get down to like 120lbs ..please help - i'll rate =)

yea, but you might juss feel fat because when you play sports and stuff, you gain muscle, and the muscle builds under your fat, an makes you look fatter...i do crunches for muh stumache, and tha tredmill works also...hope i helped
