How do you go on after infidelity?

Well it really all depends on how serious it was and the whole situation. But, in my opinion.. if a guy EVER cheats on me- he's out of there- packin his bags. One main thing in marriage is you are supposed to be able trust each other. How are you supposed to ever be able to trust him again? Think about it.. if it were me, I wouldn't go on after it because i wouldn't be with him anymore. You deserve better. :)

(Rating: 5) Thank you, you did help me more than some others who told me to commit suicid. It wasn't a serious affair he had, it lasted all of about one month,,,we have been married for 23 years, he never cheated before, showed me nothing but pure love then out of the blue he started acting mean, then i caught him. I can't throw away all together 24 years, i think he went through mid-life at that time he was having horrible night sweats, so I know something was wrong.
