advice

i really wanna get more flexable (not for any specific reason) i mena i cant even touch my toes, any ideas?

work on yur splits. doing excersizes to songs are fun. just do all kinds of split/ strectching excersises. have fun with it gurl!


more specific--
~sit on ur bootie, with yur legs strectched out in front of you, and work on touching ur toes.
~stand up, work on touching ur toes, by opening ur legs wide enough so you can touch ur toes, and work your way up.
~Splits-kneel on one knee and go down as far as yu can
~do workout movies.. pilates is best for becoming more flexible.
