Ok, I'm 5'1 and 140 lbs!!! I'm a female, I don't look fat with my clothes on, I look like i'm like 120, i have kinda flat tummy, but when I see myself without my shirt on, I look really fat! I'm very dedicated to weight loss, but I don't want to diet and make it obvious, cuz I dun want my mom to know or anything, so do you guys have any methods, I don't want diet pills, I've stopped eatting sweats and soft drinks, I've been running daily (not to mention playing DDR2 :P). do you guys know any fast methods to loosing weight? getting a flat tummy? thanks a lot, I have a busy schedual, so hopfully the methods might not be too long? thanks, i give 5's!!!!!

my dad is an obese doctor do not take any of those diet pills they can form up to a heart attack on you, and sometimes you even die (sorry this sounds so painful) . YOU HAVE TO EXCERSISE TO GET YOUR WEIGHT DOWN.
