Hey, I'm 13 in eighth grade, and this Saturday on October 30th, there will be a Junior High Halloween Dance. I need a costume idea, but I go to a Catholic school, so we can't have "vulgar", "revealing", or "gorey" costumes, as my principal says. I want to dress girly, and I want people to be like "Whoa, that is a great costume!" I'm not sure if this would help, but I have red hair that's down to the ends of my shoulder blades and white skin. Any ideas? Thanks I'd really appreciate it.
P.S. PLEASE don't suggest I dress up as Little Orphan Annie. (link)

[if you do decide to go for daphne, she's got long red hair and she wears a thick green headband in it. her outfit is a purple mini dress, purple stockings and green shoes. well, i think it's hot. teehee.]
little red riding hood could be awfully adorable, maybe even with fake eyelashes to catch some extra-special attention.
cowgirl? pathetic, i know, but if you played your cards just right, it could be quite dashing.
i love lucy? didn't think so.
and then there's that famous last resort, the french maid outfit. you could make it completely non-revealing with not too much work. just get some sort of black churchy dress, pin it up a bit so it's just above the knees, cover it with some white lace around the sleeves and neck, wear some stockings, preferably with that line at the back, small heels, silver jewelry, and a feather duster to enhance the whole set. sexy, but not despicable. the boys will be talking, and all you have to do is be careful not to let it show too much. voila!r sexy, but again, i'm not sure you'd appreciate the maturity level of that suggestion.
