Last week, at youth group, my youth pastor was talking about "gods family". How we need other christians to lift us up and motivate us and all that. Well i do have some friends that go to youth group with us, my friends actually. But they dont lift me up all that much. In fact, ive been trying so hard to take the first step but its not easy when there's no one there to motivate you. Plus my friend uses a oujii board. Everytime i confront her about these things she either is rude and doesn't pay attention or she flips out.

Help!

i remember when my youth pastor went over that...and yes it is hard to lift people up and keep encouraging them because its so easy to be negative...and you also dont nessarily have to do it with just your close brother's and sisters in Christ you cant lift up anyone, like if you see someone looking down and kind of sad just compliment them on something...or for your friends compliment them on there wearing or something like that...your friend with the ouija board most likely doesnt believe shes talkin to satan through it so thats why she probably ignores you or whatever, the only thing you can do is just tell her how you feel and she let her be...or if you with her at the time she has it out tell her you want no part of it and just walk away...feel free to im me if you need motivation or someone to lift you up cus id be glad to help...goateeruffian is my screen name
