hey
i really want to become a vegetarian, but i dont know the right way to do it. i dont wanna be a vegan because i love milk and cheese wayy too much. but is just not eating meats the right way to do it so i'll still be healthy? i'll still eat eggs and stuff, but if i just dont eat meats will i be okay? any vegetarians here would be greatly apprecied!

im not a vegatarian but i know a few. a good way to start is to do it gradualy. first, cut out all ground beef and steak then pork, then chicken, (and maybe fish depending on the type of diet). another good alternitive for meant is tofu and soy. although it may sound gross, with the right seasoning and sauses, tofu can be VERY tasty. try going to get ti food. hope i could help!!
