well you could just mess with her and get her a gag gift like a sex gift lol jsut to mess with her, and then get her a real gift lyk maybe if you wanna go all out for her then yu could get her some kind of real jewlery. and then if you want to make her breakfast or hav a 'just you and her' breakfast lunch or brunch or dinner and go out somewhere an get that for her im sure she owuld love it. or you could get her her own small personal cake that says something only yu two know about or something. be creative and go all or something!! gl
