This year, I'm taking gym.. And this may sound incredibly stupid.. but it is HARD! And u need alot of physical strength. Recently, our coaches r making us run about a mile on average every other day. It is said to strengthen our leg muscles and endurance.. and level our breathing.. which I'm finding to be true. So, find a place to run best of ur ability, pace urself, and do a little more every day. U'll become a better runner and get into an even better physical shape than u r now. And don't ever forget to stretch before u run. Touch the sky, TRY to touch ur toes but don't strain.. arm up and over and lean to one side, then the other. Sit down in a comfortable area, do a stratle, and pull out to the middle, then out to the side, the out to the other side. This will increase ur flexibility, and give u less of a chance for injury while u run. I hope u pass, ur classes seem exciting :-)
If u have any questions about anything, ask me!

thanks for taking the time to write all that, i appreciated it. but this parachuting course isnt for school, its the identical one that the canadian force takes (im not an old man tho, turning 17) and frankly, its alot harsher than a mile every other day lol. but dam, u are 100 times as fit as i was when i was 13, keep it up!
