ok why does every 1 say drink water to lose weight? wat does it do? and why do they say cold water is better? how does it make u lose weight??

cold water is better because your body has to burn claories to raise it to your body temperature. the same thing happens when you take a cold shower, you body has to burn calories to raise your body temperature up to normal after a cold shower. so, do that if you're looking to burn some extra calories without doing any work. ;D ♥ rate me if you want.
