okay.. there is this guy who ive known for about two years.. and we have always just been friends.. and yea... so i asked him to ride the bus home with me today so that i wont be all alone and he did.. and when we were on there... he asked me.. "will you giv me a chance? " and i laughed and was like.. no!! because i thought he was joking.. but he wasnt and he got all sad.. and he got off at the next stop.. and it wasnt even his.. but yeah.. i feel bad.. and i dont know what to do.. i mean.. he is really nice and i would HATE to hurt him.. but yea.. what do you think i should do tomorrow when i see him?

I think that tomorrow when you see him you should tell him that you thought he was joking, and instead ask him out (that is, if you like him.) If you don't have feelings for this kid then you need to tell him that you extremely like him as a friend but nothing more that that and you are sorry about yesterday. GoOd LuCk
