how do u make ur own msn avators or h/e u spell it??

http://www.eagle.ca/~diane/msn.php is the website that i actually create them at.. then once i make it, i press print scr____sys rq, go to PAINT program, and then format it and save it.. sorry if that`s really confusing.. if yu IM me i can tell yu easier but if yu don`t have a screen name, just leave one and i`ll try and explain better!
