i windsurf a lot and i compete a lot to. so next friday i have this competition and i qualified to compete with older people. which means im going to be the youngest one windsurfing in the competition. and well im REALLY nervous..does n e one know what i should do to calm myself down for the race next friday?

Just take a look at your talent. You obviously must be a pretty great windsurfer to compete with an older age group, so don't let it get to you. Your talent is just as great as anyone who you're going to be competing again, so just go in there with a good head on your shoulders and lots of confidence in yourself, and you'll be in great shape for the competition!
