Hey I want to loose 100 pounds in 1 year! Thats my goal. Anyways. What are some excersizes i can do and how often,how long and ect to do them. What food do i eat? And do you have any sites? That can help me. Thank you so much i will rate everyone a 5 if you help! Ill even rate you if you didnt help because you tried lol.

Well i think thats a great goal and you are going to work very hard, my mom lost a bout 60 pounds in 6 months so you can deff. lose 100 lbs in a year! first sign up at the gym, Run at LEAST 30 minutes a day or do any kind of cardio workout like tred-mills, stairs or anything that includes walking or running. then you can do Abs (i have a lot of easy ab work outs so just IM me: NikkiRox45 or e-mail me: njr11390@netscape.net) arms you can lift small weights and i'll tell u how to do that. you can do legs i'll tell u that too lol so just IM or E-Mail me and i'll be more then happy to help you.
