Hey I want to loose 100 pounds in 1 year! Thats my goal. Anyways. What are some excersizes i can do and how often,how long and ect to do them. What food do i eat? And do you have any sites? I think that is such a great goal!! To lose weight you are going to need to stay on a healthy diet. Stay away from carbs, breads pasta's, and junk food. Even though salads are good for you I don't ever think they fill you up but you can add tuna or grilled chicken to it. THere are so many things in the grocery store that are only certain amounts of carbs ect. that are great to try. Vegies are great but stay away from red meat. Get into the habit of exercising 5-6 times a week. Enroll into a gym or you can do your excersises at home. Just remember on excersising start out doing easy excersizes and keep progressing.
